Featured sessions included reviewing the state of the real estate market, emerging markets, economic point-counterpoint, big data-the next frontier for innovation, competition and productivity, what’s in store for retailers, capitalizing on the housing market crash, investing in single family homes and commercial real estate, new money for commercial real estate, corporate real estate, and connecting lawyers and associates. There were opportunities at the session to take a walking tour of New York’s High Line and attend various social events and networking activities. A special session included the Counselors of Real Estate identifying the top ten issues affecting real estate which will be finalized and presented to the press in the upcoming months.
